3. Intellectual Property
After full payment, source code usage rights or ownership are granted according to the contract. Third-party libraries, templates, licences, and core frameworks remain subject to their own licences.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by system misuse, changes by other parties, hosting/domain issues, or third-party integrations after the warranty or maintenance period ends.
