This project was targeted at digitizing slow, manual, and error-prone human resource workflows into an efficient, centralized digital hub. Core institutional hurdles included logging daily worker check-ins, monitoring highly intricate employee leave calculations, and maintaining strict precision during monthly payroll balances.
Our team constructed a highly secure, centralized corporate web portal. Employees can independently access personal history tabs, file leave applications, and pull digital pay slips on demand. Management can easily approve requests submitted by direct reports while HR maintains a dashboard overview tracking the entire employee lifecycle.
The live execution of this portal substantially compounded HR operational throughput velocity, minimized tedious data entry loads, empowered workers via unhindered access to their employment files, and protected the corporation against labor compliance risks.
